1. Marketing Intern
Job Description
-Sponsorship coordination and followup
-Weekly social media updates and blog-posting
-Coordinate with marketing partners to organize campaigns
-Assist the general needs of the conference
-Develop sponsorship proposals to prospective corporate clients
-Oversee and followup with designers on merchandise development and other collateral materials e.g. storybooks, program guide
-Develop university ambassador program

2. Event Coordinator Intern
Job Description
-Assist in sculpting TEDxTaipei conference experience
-Coordinate with speakers invitation, speakers research
-Assist in bookkeeping, budget monitoring
-Coordinate in event logistics
-Weekly social media updates, blog posting
-Help organize monthly mini-TED event
-Assist the general needs of the conference
Requirement
-Comfortable in a start-up like environment

-Imaginative and inventive, able to connect dots
-Good writing and communication skills
-Passionate about TED’s content and aspire to build a brand

-Able to enjoy event marketing and coordination
Above internship are of duration of six months, paid positions, hours negotiable. Candidates must be able to commit at least 10 hours per week to work at TEDxTaipei’s office. Depending on the candidates’ performance appraisal. we intend to offer full-time positions upon the completion of the internship. We provide training and an official certificate upon finishing the internship.
