任培豪,國家級武術教練,第九屆 Diageo Keep Walking夢想資助計畫得主,不遺餘力推廣「功夫小太陽教育計畫」,免費巡迴為弱­勢兒童帶來陽光、勇敢的「唐詩功夫」。

大學時期,研發結合經典唐詩與中華武藝的唐詩功夫,使幼兒武術教育得以向下扎根;在吟­詩打拳中,同時開發智力與體能,武術對孩子們而言,成為健康、素養、自信的代名詞。

他,是開啟武術文創濫觴的急先鋒,為傳統武學注入活水、賦予無限創新。全台灣走透透的­馬拉松推廣,促使武術轉化成親民且令人嚮往的文化資產,進而發揚武術之美。


Steven Jen, national martial arts instructor, is also the fund winner of the 9th Diageo Keep Walking Award. Sparing no efforts and dedicating himself to promoting the “Kung Fu Little Sun Education Plan", he bravely went on free tours promoting “Tang Kung Fu" to bring sunshine to disadvantaged children. During College, he researched and developed Tang poetry Martial Arts, which combined classic Tang Poetry and Chinese martial arts. Children can develop good fundamental skills through reciting poetry and punching, while also developing intellectual and physical fitness. Jen believes that martial arts is beneficial to kids’ health, mind, and confidence level.

Steven Jen is the pioneer who infused new concepts like flowing water into the old martial arts ideologies. He turned martial arts into an accessible and desirable cultural asset to help the people of Taiwan appreciate the beauty of martial arts.
