Chien Chia Kung, founder of ILoveMilk. As a veterinarian, he not only takes care of the common household animals, but he also cares for the smuggled alien and foreign species in the animal shelter. Later on, he was assigned to the one and only military dog team in Taiwan during his military service. While taking care of these military dogs, he came to know how these dogs were poorly treated, including the shelters they were placed in. Therefore, he promoted the implementation of “Decommissioned Military Dog Management and Adoption" and successfully allowed these decommissioned dogs to be adopted by loving families after devoting their lives for the country.

Furthermore, Kung also spent a month cycling around Taiwan. He would visit different towns in rural areas to provide free animal consultations and health education, in the hopes of narrowing the gap between cities and rural sites.

Being one of a few veterinarians for large animals, the lives of the veterinarians in rural areas have given him a different yet novel view. Growing up in a fancy city like Taipei, living in Yunlin has become an eye-opener for him towards possessing various perspectives. Seeing the ways that farmers care for the animals and also being a part of it, he realized the difficulties and struggles that farmers are facing. Kung believes that there needs to be a breakthrough and resolution under these unreasonable and unequal trading conditions.
