清華大學社會學碩士。在台灣城鄉各地與企業擔任品牌行銷與創意顧問,以說故事方式推動台灣深度之美,持續進行節氣與飲食的田野調查與寫作,並策劃、導覽台灣各地的在地小旅行。
曾任《天下雜誌》創意總監、副總編輯,並策劃三一九鄉刊物,也當過《GQ》國際中文版副總編輯, 是台灣少數跨財經、時尚與在地生活的創作者。
著作:《旅人的食材曆》、《樂活國民曆》(皆為遠流出版)
Zhen-Yu Hong received his Master’s degree from Institute of Sociology in National Tsing Hua University and served as marketing and creative consultant for several institutes. He dedicates himself to promote, plan, and guide deep travel in Taiwan by storytelling. He also focuses on the field investigation and writing of solar terms and dietary literature continuously.

Zhen-Yu Hong served as the Creative Director and Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Common Wealth Magazine who was in charge of the publications of Smile Taiwan 319, and also the Deputy Editor-in-Chief of GQ Mandarin. He is also the author of Dieting calendar for Travelers, and Lohas with Solar Terms.
